1. Ownership

UR SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS S.R.L. owns and retains all rights, title, and interest in and to all source code, design assets, documentation, website content, and proprietary technology created or distributed under the company's name.

2. Usage

No part of the software or website may be copied, reproduced, distributed, transmitted, modified, or otherwise used without prior written permission from UR SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS S.R.L., except as expressly allowed under applicable open source or client-specific licensing agreements.

3. Client Projects

For software built on behalf of clients, intellectual property and licensing rights are defined in the respective contracts. In the absence of a separate agreement, UR SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS S.R.L. retains ownership of all source code and implementation details.

4. Open Source Components

Some projects may include open source libraries or frameworks, which are subject to their respective licenses (e.g., MIT, Apache 2.0, GPL). UR SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS S.R.L. respects and complies with all such licenses and expects users to do the same.
